A collaboration with interactive, immersive food experience makers Mixed Flour, to create a dessert course tabletop puzzle hunt for their first project, Remnant.
Remnant, a four-course culinary adventure that marries technology and food to create rich, memorable communal experiences, was created by Aleissia Laidacker and Anita Sarkeesian with chef Nick Curtain and pastry chef Milton Abel II. Its first incarnation ran in May 2018 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
After a mixed reality journey through a deer hunt and island journey, diners uncovered a series of tangible items with mysterious messages and puzzles leading to a delicious dessert.
